Very professional and helpful. I'm from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. I left early to accommodate the intake paperwork and extra time it may take to find the office. With my GPS and map... I still didn't get there early. I walked in a few minutes late. I had called to let them know I was late and asked if I could still complete my paperwork.... They worked with me and went ahead and saw my son. I do understand that this isn't always possible... but it is nice to know that the staff is willing to be flexible, helpful, and understanding when their schedule allows.
